Overview

This device uses a new type of propellant (solid-to-gas conversion), offering superior performance compared to the gas-based propellants used in similar products. It features low noise, minimal recoil, and extended discharge duration. When multiple units are triggered simultaneously, they do not cause secondary damage to protected equipment or building structures. The design incorporates a small nozzle and powder-splashing disc to fully utilize the high-efficiency fire suppression capability of ultra-fine dry powder, making it an ideal next-generation automatic fire extinguishing solution.

Working Principle

When a start signal is received (either automatic or manual), the initiator ignites the gas-generating agent, which is then activated to rapidly produce gas. This gas quickly expands within the device's casing, increasing the internal pressure. Once the pressure reaches a specific threshold, the gas fully mixes with the ultra-fine dry powder and breaks through the aluminum membrane of the nozzle. The extinguishing agent is then rapidly discharged into the protected area and quickly diffuses outward, forming a total-flooding mist-like fire suppression state. The flame is extinguished through the combined physical and chemical actions of the ultra-fine dry powder.
