Overview

This device adopts a new type of propellant (solid-to-gas conversion), offering superior performance compared to gas-based propellants used in similar products. It features low noise, minimal recoil, and extended discharge duration. When multiple devices are activated in linkage, they do not cause secondary damage to the protected objects or the building structure. The use of a small nozzle and powder-dispersing disc allows the ultra-fine dry powder extinguishing agent to fully demonstrate its high-efficiency fire suppression capabilities, making it an ideal next-generation automatic fire suppression product.

Working Principle

When a start signal is received (either automatically or manually), the initiator ignites the gas-generating agent, which is then activated to rapidly produce gas. This gas quickly expands inside the device’s casing, increasing internal pressure. Once the pressure reaches a predetermined level, the gas fully mixes with the ultra-fine dry powder and breaks through the aluminum membrane at the nozzle. The extinguishing agent is then rapidly discharged into the protected area, quickly spreading outward to form a total-flooding mist-like suppression state. The flame is extinguished through both the physical and chemical actions of the ultra-fine dry powder.
