Non-Pressurized Ultra-Fine Dry Powder Fire Extinguishing Device
Category:
This device utilizes a new type of propellant (solid-to-gas conversion), which outperforms traditional gas-based propellants used in similar products.
Overview
This device utilizes a new type of propellant (solid-to-gas conversion), which outperforms traditional gas-based propellants used in similar products. It features low noise, minimal recoil, and extended discharge duration. When multiple devices are activated simultaneously, they do not cause secondary damage to protected assets or the building structure. The device employs a small nozzle and a powder-splashing disc design to fully leverage the high-efficiency extinguishing performance of ultra-fine dry powder, making it an ideal new-generation automatic fire suppression product.
Working Principle
Upon receiving a start signal (automatic or manual), the initiator ignites the gas-generating agent, which is then activated and rapidly produces gas. The gas quickly expands within the casing, increasing the internal pressure. Once the gas pressure reaches a certain threshold, it mixes thoroughly with the ultra-fine dry powder and bursts through the aluminum membrane at the nozzle. The extinguishing agent is then rapidly ejected into the protected area and diffuses quickly, forming a total-flooding mist-like suppression state. The flame is extinguished through the combined physical and chemical actions of the ultra-fine dry powder.
