The S-Type Thermal Aerosol Fire Suppression Device (Small-Sized) is an advanced, eco-friendly fire protection product that offers a compact and cost-effective fire suppression solution. The device features a durable, sealed stainless-steel cylinder that is non-pressurized and resistant to extreme temperatures and corrosion, making it suitable for harsh environments. In the event of a fire, the device automatically releases nano-microparticles and inert gases to extinguish the fire quickly. The required extinguishing agent dosage is significantly lower than that of traditional fire suppression systems. It supports electrical activation, allowing integration with various fire detection, alarm, and control systems. Alternatively, it can operate independently using thermal activation, requiring no external power. The piping-free design makes installation incredibly simple. Its rugged and durable construction requires minimal maintenance, reducing operational costs. After discharge, the agent leaves no harmful residues, ensuring easy cleanup and minimizing fire-related downtime.

Working Principle

Thermal-Sensitive Wire Activation:When the ambient temperature reaches the activation threshold of the thermal-sensitive wire or comes into direct contact with flames, the wire self-ignites.This ignition triggers the thermal aerosol fire suppression device, activating the extinguishing agent inside.The device rapidly generates and releases extinguishing gases, effectively suppressing the fire.

Electrical Activation:A fire alarm control panel or a gas suppression control unit detects fire signals.Upon fire detection, the control system sends an activation signal to the aerosol suppression device.The device activates its extinguishing agent, quickly generating and discharging the suppression gas to extinguish the fire.

Strike Activation Method:When the ambient temperature reaches the melting point of fusible metal or the burst temperature of a fire sprinkler glass bulb, the metal melts or the glass bulb shatters.This releases a firing pin, which triggers a generator that produces electrical energy to activate the suppression device.The device rapidly generates and discharges suppression gases, extinguishing the fire efficiently.
