The fire detection tube fire extinguishing system consists of an extinguishing agent bottle group, fire detection tube, signal feedback device, and more. The fire detection tube fire extinguishing system produced by our company uses FM200/CO2 as the extinguishing agent. It is a simple, low-cost, and highly reliable independent automatic fire extinguishing system. This system does not require any power supply, specialized smoke or temperature detectors, or complex equipment and pipelines. It relies on its own stored pressure and utilizes a pre-pressurized fire detection tube and a set of fire detection bottles to quickly, accurately, and effectively extinguish fire sources. This system integrates both alarm and extinguishing functions to suppress fire hazards in their initial stage. It significantly reduces engineering costs, lowers the cost of each firefighting operation, and ensures no harm to personnel. By using the fire detection device, it allows for the protection of valuable equipment in small, enclosed spaces, as opposed to just large rooms in closed spaces. The system uses a flexible and bendable fire detection tube as the fire detection component, which also acts as the conduit for the extinguishing agent’s delivery and release. This tube can be easily laid out close to any potential ignition point, offering extremely high extinguishing efficiency.

Fire Extinguishing Principle

The fire detection tube gas fire extinguishing system is a new type of non-electrical self-starting fire extinguishing system, also known as the temperature-sensitive self-starting fire extinguishing device. It directly detects fire, transports, and sprays the extinguishing agent through a fixed fire detection tube connected to a fixed extinguishing agent supply source. This system sprays a certain concentration of extinguishing agent into the protected area, filling the area evenly to extinguish the fire.
