Cabinet-type heptane gas fire extinguishing systems, also known as pre-engineered fire suppression systems
Cabinet-type heptane gas fire extinguishing systems, also known as pre-engineered fire suppression systems, are fully assembled units integrating extinguishing agent storage, piping, nozzles, signal feedback, and drive components. Our cabinet-type automatic fire extinguishing systems are suitable for unit-independent total flooding fire suppression systems, where one or multiple cabinet units protect a single protected area. The storage vessel capacity, agent charge quantity, and activation method can be customized according to project requirements. This system typically interfaces with automatic fire alarm and extinguishing control systems to protect designated areas, providing automatic fire detection, alarm activation, and extinguishing.
Extinguishing Principle
Upon installation, the cabinet-type heptafluoropropane gas extinguishing system operates in automatic mode. When a fire occurs within the protected area, fire detectors such as heat and smoke detectors transmit fire alarm signals to the gas extinguishing controller. The controller outputs signals to activate interlinked equipment and triggers audible and visual alarms. After a delay of 0-30 seconds (adjustable as needed), it issues a start signal, opening the valve of the extinguishing agent cylinder assembly. The heptafluoropropane extinguishing agent is then discharged through connecting pipes and nozzles into the protected area to suppress the fire.
